 Voting Letter for Consumer Proposals
CAIRP has posted on its Website a Voting Letter for creditors to complete in response to consumer proposals. We request that members use this form, which the OSB has approved. This Voting Letter reflects the BIA amendment that says a vote against a consumer proposal is not deemed to be a request for a meeting of creditors and a vote against a consumer proposal is only counted at a duly convened meeting of creditors.
